- you will normally be required to be working as a chaplain or similar, in a paid or voluntary capacity and demonstrate some knowledge and understanding of chaplaincy with young people. For the professional graduate level course you will need some evidence of the ability to study at final year of a degree level, for example a foundation degree or NVQ level 4. Alternatively significant professional experience (at least 3 years) may be considered. For the postgraduate level you will need a good first degree.
