About Ridley Hall Cambridge

Covid 19 Notes:

Ridley Hall is accepting applications for September 2021. For students undertaking our online courses there is little impact from restrictions imposed due to Covid-19. For students enrolled on courses delivered through on-site block week teaching in Cambridge, our objective is to restore full face-to-face teaching, worship and social programmes as soon as possible from June 2021. If we are able to do this sooner than currently anticipated, we will.

Trivia/USP:

Many backgrounds, all ages, different ministries, one vision: growing in wisdom to proclaim Jesus Christ. Ridley Hall trains youth ministers, children’s and family ministers, lay pioneer ministers, ordinands and more to proclaim the Gospel and build God’s kingdom throughout the UK and beyond. If you have a calling to full-time ministry, whether with youth, children and families, those on the edges, or those in the church, we’d love to hear from you. Maybe the next step in your faith journey is closer than you think!

Courses from Ridley Hall Cambridge

Ridley Hall ~ CertHE, DipHE, BA (Hons) Theology, Ministry and Mission

Building on Ridley Hall’s 20 years experience of training children, youth and families workers for ministry in and beyond the church, we continue to offer practice based, degree level training, for all those called to work with children, families and young people as part of The Common Awards suite of degrees.  The Common Awards suite of degrees in Theology, Ministry and Mission is recognised by the church as preparation for professional ministry and mission within churches and to the world.  The degree is validated by Durham University and offered at Ridley Hall as part of an ecumenical federation of theological training colleges.  Our children, families and youth ministry students are an exciting mix of Anglicans, Pentecostals, Free Church, Baptists, Methodists and more!

Ridley London Online ~ Cert HE Theology, Ministry and Mission

Students looking for a solid foundation in ministry and mission and/or studying through partner agencies may undertake the CertHE either full-time over one year, or part-time over two. Many students on this route choose to progress to the BA as self-funded students.

Ridley London Online ~ Foundation Award Theology, Moinistry and Mission

The Foundation Award enables you to engage with two theological topics and a relevant ministry topic module, for those looking to sharpen their theological depth in their ministerial practice.
