About Ridley Hall Cambridge

Covid 19 Notes:

Ridley Hall is accepting applications for September 2020 and is looking forward to welcoming students. We are committed to continue to deliver high quality theological education, while ensuring that we respond effectively to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We hope to be able to welcome as many students as possible on site for the first block week of teaching in September. Small group teaching, seminars and individual tutorials will continue in person as much as possible. Lectures which would ordinarily be delivered in person to larger groups will be available online
Our objective is to restore full face-to-face teaching, worship and social programmes as soon as possible. If we are able to do this sooner than currently anticipated, we will.

Many backgrounds, all ages, different ministries, one vision: growing in wisdom to proclaim Jesus Christ. Ridley Hall trains youth ministers, children’s and family ministers, lay pioneer ministers, ordinands and more to proclaim the Gospel and build God’s kingdom throughout the UK and beyond. If you have a calling to full-time ministry, whether with youth, children and families, those on the edges, or those in the church, we’d love to hear from you. Maybe the next step in your faith journey is closer than you think!

Ridley Hall ~ CertHE, DipHE, BA (Hons) Theology, Ministry and Mission

Building on Ridley Hall’s 20 years experience of training children, youth and families workers for ministry in and beyond the church, we continue to offer practice based, degree level training, for all those called to work with children, families and young people as part of The Common Awards suite of degrees.  The Common Awards suite of degrees in Theology, Ministry and Mission is recognised by the church as preparation for professional ministry and mission within churches and to the world.  The degree is validated by Durham University and offered at Ridley Hall as part of an ecumenical federation of theological training colleges.  Our children, families and youth ministry students are an exciting mix of Anglicans, Pentecostals, Free Church, Baptists, Methodists and more!
