This is an NCFE validated course, which is delivered by Moorlands College.  It is a customized award equivalent to Level 3 and can be delivered to your learners in your location.
STRUCTURE
1 The Biblical Leader – Mandatory Unit
This unit will help you to analyse key leadership issues in the Bible and examine how they relate to Christian leadership in the 21st Century
2 The Practical Leader - Mandatory Unit
This unit will help you to ddemonstrate and evaluate key leadership skills in practice.
3 The Pioneer Leader - Mandatory Unit
This unit will help Learners to critically reflect on pioneer leadership and how important it is to the 21st Century Church. 
4 The Reflective Leader - Mandatory Unit
This unit will help Learners to reflect on different leadership situations and how they should be addressed by the leader. It will help Learners to be reflective practitioners.
5 The Discipling Leader - Mandatory Unit
This unit will help Learners to reflect on a discipling relationship where the Learner is disciple and then put that into practice by the Learner discipling someone younger.
